Deswik.OPS is a Gantt based scheduler specifically designed to handle the complexity and granularity of underground mining cycles. OPS empowers teams to produce realistic, achievable plans across multiple planning horizons while maintaining schedule integrity down to, and including, the Shift Planning and Shift Execution levels.

Deswik.OPS is a multi-user, web-based platform allowing multiple departments to work in the one plan. Manage interdepartmental interactions, create baselines of agreed plans and capture actuals to track progress against plan in near real time.
