BR1533 – New Mid-Range Sandvik Breaker
A new addition to the Sandvik range of hydraulic breakers is the 870kg BR1533 suitable for carriers in the 10 to 20 ton range. With an impact rate of 550 to 1050 blows per minute, the all new BR1533 also features Sandvik's Fixed Blow Energy system that ensures optimum impact energy with every blow, regardless of hydraulic flow fluctuations.

The all new Sandvik BR1533 benefits from a radical lightweight design thereby affording the unit a class-leading power-to-weight ratio that enables customers to enjoy high levels of productivity in a wide variety of demolition, recycling, quarrying and other associated applications. Durability and reliability, two main features of all hammers from the Sandvik family, are fully integrated into the design of the new BR1533. With a tool diameter of 105 mm optimum wear, excellent impact performance and durability are ensured. Additionally the Safety Valve provides protection for the breaker against hydraulic overflow, and the Ramlube lubrication system maximizes tool bush lubrication. The features and benefits of the BR1533 may be summarized as:
- Possesses a slim body, yet complete with a robust housing
- Equipped with inbuilt reliability together with good visibility for demanding applications such as demolition and trenching.
- Made of wear resistant steel that includes a housing featuring a replaceable bottom plate for a long working life.
- Comes complete with Ramlube III; this being an integrated lubrication device mounted inside the breaker providing 100% protection from rebar etc plus optimum greasing.
- Offered only in sound suppressed configuration, beneficial where noise restrictions are a factor.
- Due to its lightweight design the unit is afforded a class-leading power-to-weight ratio producing high levels of productivity in a wide variety of demolition, recycling and extractive industry applications.
- Utilizes the proven fixed blow energy principles to maintain high blow energy across the oil flow range.
- Safety valve protects the breaker from severe hydraulic installation abuse. Breaker hose HD connecting set supplied as an integral part of the breaker to improve reliability.
