A skilled operator knows how to utilize the equipment the most efficient way without compromising safety or the equipment itself. Thanks to pre-training with a simulator, the operator has the opportunity to get familiar with the new Toro® LH518iB loader, as the simulator features the exact same functionalities as the Sandvik Intelligent Control System in the loader.

Efficient and smooth operating practices improve the individual equipment productivity but may also have a significant effect on optimizing a mine operation. As all the equipment functions are used as intended, the possibilities for downtime or unplanned maintenance are minimized.

The loader simulator offers premium operator ergonomics. To ensure comfort during training hours, the digital trainer features the same controls and elements as the ones used in the actual loader. The simulator is mounted on a motion base platform supported by two electrical actuators, resulting in an authentic feel of driving a loader.
