Rotary drill deck bushings

The deck bushings’ components are of high quality and engineered to efficiently handle hard rock and abrasive formations found in surface mines, quarries and construction. Extreme torsional and axial loads are transmitted through the rotary drill string and each component is optimized for application.  

Static-type bushings are utilized in DTH applications with low drilling string speed. Rotating bushings have an inner guide sleeve that is bearing mounted. This allows the inner guide sleeve to rotate with the drill string at a higher penetration rate, resulting in less vibration, torque and drill pipe diameter gouging.
