With the Track application, we digitalize our service contracts and spend more time adding real value and helping businesses excel. Using Track gives increased visibility and control of the operations on-site, enabling near real-time analysis of your rock tools data.

The Track application is used by Sandvik service technicians to capture all rock tools-related data on our service contracts including inventory management, issues of new and serviced tools and discard reasons. If combined with production data from your drill rigs Sandvik can also visualize the cost-per-meter and tool performance in your operations. This allows Sandvik to paint the full picture of the rock tool usage and to identify areas of improvement to help increase tool life, drive down cost and have a positive impact on the environment.
