Sandvik completa la adquisición de DSI Underground

Sandvik ha completado la adquisición previamente anunciada de DSI Underground, el líder mundial en productos, sistemas y soluciones de refuerzo y soporte terrestre para las industrias de minería subterránea y túneles.

En 2020, DSI Underground tuvo ingresos de alrededor de 516 millones de euros (excluyendo las cuatro empresas conjuntas que forman parte de la adquisición) y un margen EBIT proforma de ~ 200 puntos básicos dilutivos al margen de Sandvik Mining and Rock Solutions, incluida la asignación del precio de compra. El precio de compra es de aproximadamente 943 millones de euros en efectivo y sin deuda. El impacto en las ganancias por acción de Sandvik será ligeramente positivo. DSI Underground tiene alrededor de 2000 empleados.

DSI Underground formará la nueva división Ground Support de Sandvik Mining and Rock Solutions.
